Our exhibits area and exhibitors are an important part of Insurtech on the Silicon Prairie as we offer our attendees the ability to engage, learn and network throughout the conference. Why exhibit at ISP?
We place our exhibitors in a central location, just outside the conference hall, where foot traffic is highest, and where coffee, break and lunch stations are located.
In 2025, we continued to grow with 550 attendees from 43 states and several countries. We expect over 600 attendees in 2026.
Exhibiting also offers additional exposure to industry in Nebraska, a U.S. insurance ‘hub,’ as well industry throughout the Midwest.
Exhibitors receive website and social media recognition before the event, a dedicated section in the event app, as well as on-stage recognition prior to lunch.
ISP Exhibitor fees are very low at $750 (yes, that’s it), which includes (2) complimentary registrations to the event and the networking event the evening before. Speakers/Sponsors can exhibit for $500, but with no complimentary registrations (speakers and sponsors already have access to complimentary registrations).

To become an Exhibitor or for questions, please Contact Us here. Exhibit space location is offered on a first-come first-served basis. We have sold out our exhibit space the last two conferences.
Fee ($750 for Exhibitor or $500 discounted fee for Speakers/Sponsors) should be paid to the “Nebraska Insurance Federation.” Additional registrations can be made through the normal registration process.
Exhibitors will be provided a single 8-10 foot table, (2) chairs and power access, otherwise exhibitors are expected to bring their own set-up and equipment. Exhibitors will be able to ship to the Holland Center beforehand. All equipment must be removed at the conclusion of the day.
Given the early start time on Tuesday, October 20, we ask exhibitors to set up on Monday, October 19.
