Our exhibits area and exhibitor partners are an important part of Insurtech on the Silicon Prairie as we offer our attendees the ability to engage, learn and network throughout the conference. And unlike many conferences, we place our exhibitors in a central location, just outside the conference hall where foot traffic is highest. In 2023 we had over 420 attendees from 45 states, Canada, Japan and the U.K. Exhibiting also offers exposure to industry in Nebraska, a U.S. insurance ‘hub,’ as well industry throughout the Midwest. We hope your company or organization joins us as an exhibitor. Here are some particulars:

• Exhibitors will be provided a single 8-10 foot table, (2) chairs and power access, otherwise exhibitors are expected to bring their own set-up and equipment. Exhibitors will be able to ship to the Holland Center beforehand, however all equipment must be removed at the conclusion of the day.

• Exhibitors will be located in the 2nd floor lobby of the Holland Center with access to the attendees during breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.

• Costs to be an exhibitor is set at $750 and will include (2) complimentary registrations to the event which includes the networking event the night before. Costs should be paid to the “Nebraska Insurance Federation.” Additional registrations can be made through the normal registration process.

• Costs for a speaker or sponsor to be an exhibitor will be $500, but with no complimentary registrations (speakers and sponsors already have access to complimentary registrations).

• Exhibitors will receive website and social media recognition before the event, as well as on-stage recognition prior to lunch.
